Hollywoodnews.com: Paramount’s not going to let Warner Bros. have all of the superhero fun this Friday.
As Ryan Reynolds’ “Green Lantern” soars into theaters, Paramount and Marvel have launched a new site for next month’s “Captain America,” which stars Chris Evans as the first Avenger, a patriotic World War II soldier who is enhanced with a secret serum and tasked with bringing down the Red Skull (Hugo Weaving).
The site can be accessed at www.CaptainAmerica.Marvel.com. It boasts new images and the film’s assorted marketing materials.
Directed by Joe Johnston, “Captain America: The First Avenger” will be in theaters on July 22. It’s the final piece of Marvel’s “Avengers” puzzle, which also includes Thor, Iron Man, and The Incredible Hulk.
